Bill Barbour has been engaged full-time in the practice of law in Guilford County since 1981. His private practice was in Greensboro until December 2005, at which time he opened the Oak Ridge office. His undergraduate degree is from Western Carolina University in business administration. He graduated from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, in 1981. His areas of practice include general practice, wills, real estate closings, foreclosures, collections, probate and administration of estates, small business incorporations and related matters. He is a past member of the Oak Ridge Planning and Zoning Board and the Oak Ridge Ordinance Review Committee. He is a current member of the Oak Ridge Board of Adjustments and the Oak Ridge Fire Department Board of Directors. He is a member of the Merchants Association of Oak Ridge and a co-founder and member of the Preservation Oak Ridge Foundation. He and his wife Pam have two grown children.
